Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Birdex. Each Birdex item is made to order, so please check your size, colour, and shipping details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns for change of mind

Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot usually accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect colour selection unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Lost orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking and work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.
