Birdex products are made to order. Your order may include a production period before it is dispatched.

Processing times

Most orders are produced within 2-7 business days before shipping. During busy periods, production can take longer.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a new shipping fee to resend it.
