These Terms of Service apply when you use the Birdex online store or place an order with us.

Products

We aim to display product colours, designs, descriptions, and prices accurately. Minor colour differences may occur because of screen settings, print processes, and garment variations.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that the details you provide are accurate and complete. We may cancel or refuse an order if we identify an error, availability issue, suspected fraud, or misuse of the store.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Taxes are included where applicable. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

Fulfilment

Birdex apparel is made to order through fulfilment partners. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Intellectual property

Birdex designs, branding, images, and store content are owned by Birdex or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birdex is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the store or delays outside our reasonable control.
